DISCLAIMER

All products are built as race car components and designed specifically for racing purposes. Eric Kenward Racing will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, either direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of any product. If products are used in a manner not intended the user assumes all responsibility and risk. We reserve the right to change specifications on products without prior notice.

SHIPPING

Eric Kenward Racing ships UPS, USPS, FedEx & several freight carrier options.

International shipping is available, customer is responsible for all shipping charges and related customs fees. If paying by credit card the purchase must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card.

If freight cost is calculated incorrectly, we will update your order with corrected cost and you will need to pay the balance in order for us to ship out. 

RETURNS

Eric Kenward Racing has a 30-day return policy and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

ALL freight including return freight charges are the customers responsibility and are non-refundable.

Eric Kenward Racing will only accept returns on parts that have not been altered, comes in the original package, and appears like new. If we receive it back to us & there is damage or parts are missing, then we will have to deduct that from original purchase price.

We do not accept any returns or refunds on fiberglass parts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

All claims for damages, shortage or loss must be made immediately with the carrier (i.e., UPS, USPS, FedEex or freight carrier). Pictures of the packaging & items will need to be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot make these freight claims for you. You must note any damages to a package upon receipt of the shipment with the carrier.

You may reorder any missing pieces from Eric Kenward Racing.

We will send you an invoice for the reordered parts, and you can use this invoice as proof to the carrier of replacement costs.

MISSING PIECES

Although we make every effort to package and ship orders complete, from time to time, a component may be missing. Please check your order once it’s received. Any shortage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Claims made after 72 hours will not be honored.

PAYMENT

Eric Kenward Racing accepts multiple forms of payment through Shopify.
